Exhibition title: Life Marks 

 

Artist's Statement: Life marks explores the marks we gain in life, marks that evolve and weave together to determine the way we interact with the world around us. The intricacies and ‘inner workings’ portrayed, illustrate the complexities that surround the choices we are faced with and the importance they pose to our identity. The ‘vacant’ figures present in the exhibition provide a contrasting portrayal of how individuals are consumed by their thoughts, lost to the physical world.
